Tips and Tricks for Making Juice, No Recipes Required

First of all, best e-juice flavors and cocktails are different animals. It may seem obvious, but many people who do not have a juicer ask if they can put the ingredients of the juice recipe in their blender and get a similar result but more often. The answer, unfortunately, is not definitive.

First, the consistency is needed in cocktails and requires some attention, which is not in the juice recommendations. And just as important, juice gives a relatively small amount of liquid and flavor from some ingredients, especially leafy vegetables and herbs.

  1. The formula for a delicious juice

I found that a very good best e-juice flavors contains the following: something sweet, something tart, something high in yield (which produces a lot of juice for its size), something terrestrial and maybe something grassy or spicy. Ground fragrances include rooted vegetables, as well as green vegetables such as green cabbage, spinach leaves and beetroot. With such a general formula, the variations are infinite; but here are some of my favorite ingredients in each category.

  • Sweet: apples, pears, grapes, melons, pineapple, oranges, kiwis, mangoes, berries, grapes
  • Tart: lemon, lemon
  • Roots: beets, carrots, crustaceans, pastilles
  • Green: Calais, spinach, lettuce, Swiss biscuits, rocket salad, mustard vegetables, beet leaves, dandelion, crustaceans, broccoli
  • Herbs: basil, parsley, coriander, mint
  • High yields: cucumbers, celery, fennel, tomatoes, melons
  • Spicy: ginger, chili (use wisely)


  1. Juices together that you would like to eat together.

This sounds like a common sense, but for some reason this is not always the case. I think many people consider the juice to be an entirely different area, but remember that a is another device in your favorite kitchen. If it does a good salad, there is a good chance it is a best e-juice. Just remember that you will probably need to change the amount and add a high-yielding ingredient such as cucumber or celery to fill the glass. See more.

  1. Balancing high performance ingredients with powerful ingredients.

Cucumbers, celery and apples – tsunamis; But a bit of ginger or mint goes a long way. Remember the behavior of each ingredient in the centrifuge (which will be immediately visible when pressed once) and try to maintain a reasonable balance between soft and soft ingredients and more intense ingredients.

  1. Try as you go and adjust accordingly.

Just like with soup or stew, you have the option of adding and adjusting the juice. Mix in the juice you have and drink. Do you need some lemon? Fonce. Or cut too much lemon with a piece of extra apple. It’s nice.

  1. Clean or not clean?

In many cases, leaving the skin on the product, juice is fine, even the pineapple skin can roll well through the most decent centrifuges. Especially if you are using the skin, make sure to buy products grown using biological methods whenever possible. Some exceptions you need to delete:

Any other harmful ingredient to the skin will affect the taste (for example, you can perform a taste test with melons, although this is technically valid for skin skin)

  1. Special note on leafy vegetables

As for the best e-juice, basically there are three scents of leafy vegetables. Neutral, like a salad; Like cabbage, vegetables and buds; and forward, like a dandelion, a mustard and a rocket. The more neutral ones are easy to work by . Peppers are almost impossible to hide, so you have to make them one of the stars of the show (or avoid that you do not like them).
